Are there buyout options for a SPIA? (Single Premium Immediate Annuity)

Do the contract clause and type of annuity (based on the life expectancy or expected life expectancy of the individual, I haven't personally seen any groups purchasing them.)

However, with the economic condition we are seeing there might be a lot of people who dumped money into a SPIA, that would like to reclaim a partial lump sum back.
